Design Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Design Engineer working remotely worldwide to design and implement interfaces across our core product (landing, brand/creator app, and admin). You will work closely with product and engineering to ship clear experiences in a complex UGC operations product.

What you will do

• Design and implement UI in Next.js (App Router) with a focus on usability and consistency
• Translate product flows (collabs, payments, inbox, fiscal) into clear interfaces
• Iterate on our design system (Tailwind, Radix/AlignUI, shared components)
• Collaborate on PRs, code review, and visual quality in production

What we look for

• Portfolio with real digital product work (not marketing sites only)
• Experience building with React, TypeScript, and Next.js
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and accessible components
• Strong UX judgment: empty states, errors, loading, and mobile
• Clear communication in Spanish or English; async remote work
