Collab Manager — Fintech

About the role

We are looking for a Collab Manager in Mexico to join Collabify. We want someone organized, proactive, and a strong communicator to run UGC and influencer marketing campaigns.

You will be the dedicated account executive for a new fintech client: you will run their creator campaigns end to end and be their point of contact at Collabify.

What you will do

• Scout and select creators aligned with each campaign's goals and briefs
• Run UGC and influencer campaigns end to end: kickoff, follow-up, deliverables, revisions, publishing, and close
• Stay in direct contact with creators and influencers
• Write and refine clear, actionable briefs
• Review content and give creators feedback so brand guidelines are met
• Communicate with clients and keep them updated
• Prepare progress, results, learnings, and recommendation reports
• Unblock issues that come up while a campaign is running

What we look for

• Prior experience in UGC, influencer marketing, creator marketing, digital agencies, or project management is a plus
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to juggle several campaigns, creators, and deadlines at once
• Clear communication, reliable follow-up, and comfort solving problems
• Ability to write briefs and give creators useful feedback
• Results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup
• Fintech experience is a big plus
