About the role
We are looking for a Collab Manager for Brazil (São Paulo-based or remote within the country) to run awareness and conversion UGC campaigns. You will be the operational bridge between brands, Brazilian creators, and the Collabify team.
What you will do
- Scout and curate creators for brand briefs in Brazil and LATAM
- Operate UGC campaigns: timelines, deliverables, approvals, and wrap-up
- Write briefs in Portuguese and/or Spanish depending on the campaign
- Stay in close contact with creators: invites, follow-ups, and issue escalation
- Report progress and results to brands and internal leadership
What we look for
- Experience running UGC or creator marketing campaigns in Brazil
- Strong knowledge of awareness and conversion campaigns on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and paid social
- Ability to write briefs and give constructive feedback to creators
- Fluent Portuguese; Spanish and English are a plus
- Autonomy, organization, and clear communication
