# How to hire UGC creators in Latin America from the UAE (2026)

**TL;DR:** GCC brands entering LATAM e-commerce should hire creators who live in Mexico or Colombia — not recut Gulf talent. One brief, one invoice, escrow after approval.

*For UAE and GCC teams. Different buyer problem than the [US LATAM platform guide](/us/en/blog/ugc-platforms-latin-america-2026): cross-region campaigns and AED/USD invoicing.*

---

Cross-region campaigns fail when the creator has never stood in the aisle you sell. Target by country. Lock paid-media rights in the contract. Keep approvals in one dashboard so Dubai and Mexico City are not on two WhatsApp groups.

Brand pays Collabify; creators are paid locally after you approve. Confirm AED vs USD on the demo.
